This innovative elastomer synthetic material is made from Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), commonly used in jewelry packaging and medical devices. It is free from multiple harmful substances typically found in PU components, such as formaldehyde, phthalates, DMF, PFAS, and plasticizers. The production process of this TPE-based synthetic material is safer and more energy-efficient compared to conventional PU, with no water consumption and 40% lower electricity usage.
